- I really like the social hub on HubEngage. It's a very valuable tool because it allows us to boost content like on Facebook and boosts engagement. It aligns employees to share their experiences and makes them feel completely okay on the platform.
- I like the SMS and email marketing in HubEngage. The SMS feature is really useful for sending information to our employees, especially for urgent announcements.
- I love how HubEngage enables employees to connect with each other and have meaningful conversations, improving their mutual understanding and collaboration. The ability to celebrate small wins and make announcements through newsletter campaigns is invaluable for our communication strategy.
What Users Like The Least
- No comment, HubEngage provide a clear vision for us, and the customer support was available to assist without any issues.
- I would like to see if there are templates for email marketing so it can be more stylish when sent to employees.
- I find that sometimes when using the translator in HubEngage, there is a delay before it translates the text but since last month now is going well and fast
