Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.
KRYSTAL Document Management System, a complete web browser-based Document Management System Software Solution, is provided by Primeleaf Consulting Private Limited, an Indian Company based out of Mumbai, India. 
We have been providing Document Management Services for the last 20 years.

Our products are used by more than 300 customers, thousands of users across the globe for managing millions of documents and business processes. We provide an end-to-end solutions for your document management needs including document scanning and indexing services and KRYSTAL Document Management System Software.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
20 years ago, having a Document Management System was a luxury, only larger enterprises could afford and implement such a system. Our Document Management System (DMS) Software licensing, implementation and support packages are affordable for small, medium, and large organizations alike. Our main objective was that if an organization cannot achieve a paper-less office then certainly they can have less-paper office.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
As mentioned earlier Our Document Management System (DMS) Software licensing, implementation and support packages are affordable for small, medium, and large organizations alike. We provide multiple licensing options including annual and perpetual licenses, named users, or concurrent users, we also provide our DMS on Cloud as a hosted solution.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
In the current pandemic situation, every industry is getting benefited by using our solution. We are generic document management system software and anybody and everybody who deals with any kind of Document can utilize our software we do not have any industry-specific solution as our product is available as Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS).
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
KRYSTAL DMS is one of the easiest and efficient solutions available in the market. 
Being a completely browser-based solution also helps customers as it is device agnostic. 
Users can use any device, anytime, anywhere to access their business-critical documents.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
At KRYSTAL DMS we take customer satisfaction very seriously, a satisfied customer / happy customer brings more customers. We constantly work with our customers to understand their pain areas and how we can assist them in solving concerns. 
We already have multiple mechanisms through which customers can share their feedback and also have an online form that enables customers to suggest new features. We also try to implement the custom feature required by our customers in the generic/standard product so that there is no additional cost incurred by customers and upgraded to newer version as also seamless.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Our relationship with customers is always long-term. We have not yet heard of any of our customers moving away from KRYSTAL DMS or implemented any similar product in past 20 years. We have almost 90% of our customers who are still using our software for their Document Management needs.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
We have online resources that include Video Tutorials, User Guide, API Guide, ADMINISTRATORS Guide, Quick Start Guides, FAQs including step by step information on how to use the product.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Our technical support goal is to provide our users and customers with the best experience possible when using Primeleaf services. We have online SUPPORT PORTAL, Telephone Support, Email Support Ticketing System along with online resources.
What has been the revenue for your product for 2020?
The year 2020 has been a little slower in terms of revenue growth, still, we managed approximately 15 Million in revenues only from our product offerings.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
We have a roadmap for the next 3 years where we are looking to integrate our solution and enhance with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence for Document Categorization, and Data extraction. We are planning to add more intuitive and user-friendly features to our product and have a larger market share.
