One of my favorite tools has to be Leadinfo. I've been using it for 6-12 months now and use it every working day in my business. With Leadinfo, you can identify B2B website visitors who have clicked onto your website but haven't taken the next step. For us, this is sending an email or booking a call. This is important because you then have their contact details - for example, email address, LinkedIn, etc, and you can directly get in touch with them instead. Usually, when businesses are looking for a marketing agency, they will look through a few different ones. But how many will take action and contact them instead? Probably not many. This is where we can stand out against our competitors
