Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.
MyRouteOnline is a route planner service that optimizes multi-stop routes. Our customers import their list of addresses, and we do the magic. Our route planning software makes it easy for businesses and individuals to plan the shortest routes, connecting all their destinations. I am the CEO and I’m thankful for being able to do what I enjoy the most which is being the head developer of our patented algorithm. By creating routes that cut down on miles traveled, the savings found in fuel costs, repair costs, and time, can add up quickly even in just one use. Every time I see how the algorithm works and creates multiple routes, I’m in awe.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
The idea was to give individuals and small businesses, a tool that was only accessible to Corporations at that time. Large companies had this route planning software on their servers so they could manage their fleet’s schedule and reduce costs while the small businesses couldn’t afford that. Our solution was designed to give access to route planning, for everybody.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
MyRouteOnline has many advantages, compared to other alternatives. Google, Mapquest, Bing, etc. are free but have limits on the number of stops that can be routed at any given time. MyRouteOnline allows for routing of up to 350 stops for most users and up to 1000 stops for higher-level users. Additionally, these alternate services do not allow for multiple routes. MyRouteOnline allows for up to 100 routes from a list of addresses.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
MyRouteOnline caters to any industry in which routes are needed. The obvious examples include delivery, service, and sales. However, during the height of the Covid19 crisis, many healthcare professionals also used MyRouteOnline to schedule visits to patients who were homebound due to government restrictions. Charitable organizations routinely use MyRouteOnline for periodic fundraisers and for holiday deliveries. We have many school districts and summer camps that use our service for the bus routes as well.

Customers are extremely happy with our route planning software and customer service. All the reviews and testimonials we receive always mention how great our customer service is, and how we address our customers’ needs and requests. We listen to our customers and add features that they ask and this collaboration improves our route planner and allows users to enjoy its benefits.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
50% are monthly subscribers and the other 50% purchase our Pay as you go plans. We offer a number of plans with great flexibility, so anyone from self-employed to large companies can find the pricing plan that meets their needs.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
MyRouteOnline has an extensive online User Guide section, covering all the features of our service, with detailed step-by-step instructions. The MyRouteOnline video library contains dozens of videos explaining key features of the service as well.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
MyRouteOnline offers 24/7 email support and phone support during regular business hours. Our support staff is comprised of long-time employees who are thoroughly knowledgeable in every facet of our service. We have never subcontracted our product support, and never will.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
The market and technology changes dramatically over the years. Covid has made a huge impact on this last-mile industry, and we hope to evolve in the right direction and timing so that we keep giving our customers the best route planner they deserve.
