Wonderful software!! this is the best help desk solution I’ve ever used. Our staff just loved it. all the available features in this software are amazing and multi-channel communication, live chat, real-time chat and proactive chat are very nice. It is well-suitable for all sizes of businesses.

Best easy-to-use ticketing system
Review Summary
I am quite happy with the ticket information layouts of ngDesk ( Form and Requester sections, to be more precise). It's very easy to use as they increased the functionality of their free all-in-one ticketing platform. To me it was a joy of using it because of its user-friendly nature and seems to be more organized when it comes to resolution of support tickets and customer queries with the aid of it.

Review Summary
ngDesk is extremely easy to navigate and it is clear tool. I like its fonts, layouts and intuitive structure, it provides us with lot of details about the support tickets. The tool is easy to use and it doesn’t require special tech-skills. We are able to open tickets in ngDesk tabs and keep easy track of the ticket number. It allows us to draft a response and to be sure that our text is saved.
