ORDIA is time & attendance and HR for shift-based businesses in Peru: restaurants, cafés, clinics, barbershops, beauty salons, shops. Each worker clocks in and out with their PIN on the location's tablet, which takes a photo at every clock-in for you to review. An old phone works as the tablet. If the internet goes down, clock-ins are saved with their real time and sent when it returns; optional emergency mode allows clock-in with location and photo. Late arrivals, overtime and absences are counted to the minute, including split and overnight shifts.
