About POinbox
POinbox is Shopify purchase order automation for wholesale and B2B stores that still get orders as attachments. A buyer emails a PDF, Excel sheet, CSV or Word file, and someone on your team retypes it into a draft order. POinbox does that first pass for you.
Forward the buyer's email to the address shown in Settings, or upload the file. POinbox reads the purchase order, matches the buyer to a Shopify customer, B2B company and location, and matches each line to your catalog, including the buyer's own item codes.
The draft uses your Shopify catalog price. If the PO shows a different unit price, you see both and choose. Lines that are not a confident match stay off the draft until you confirm them. The PO number is written to Shopify's purchase order field.
Plans: Free covers 5 successful drafts (lifetime). Starter is $29/month for 40 drafts, Growth is $79/month for 120 drafts. Enterprise is custom.
