Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.
Popsters is a social media content analytics tool. It provides the ability to get statistics about any public pages, even if you are not an administrator. Popsters collect data of all published posts and calculate average metrics, common statistics, and charts (over 20 different bars and charts), and allow to sort posts by any metrics in the feed to understand which one was better or worse.
I’m CEO, product manager, and strategist.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
I worked in a social media marketing advertising agency, and I knew that there are a lot of tasks that I should do manually (for example: to calculate Engagement Rate). So, we decided to develop Artur’s (Popsters co-founder) tool (he made posts sorting tool) and add new features.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
Popsters don’t provide an excessive features pool, so it allows plans priced much lower than other software. All plans are unlimited, and analysis takes just 20-30 seconds. It’s much more effective for daily tasks, or to make some competitors' comparative reports. Market analysis? Easy, just 20 minutes. Client report in PPTX? Easy, just a few minutes. Content analysis, research of target audience preferences? 10 minutes total.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
Ad agencies, marketeers, SMM managers, bloggers and content creators, analysts. I think consumer goods are the biggest area of our clients, but it is not limited by that area.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
Fast analysis (up to 20-30 seconds); exporting to PDF (with editable vector charts), PPTX (with native charts) and XLSX; extended sorting and post filtering features (it’s available to filter posts by any date, metrics, any chart point, attached content, etc.); common dashboard (common feed and charts) for over 8 social media.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
I think it's something like B+ grade. Sometimes social media make some changes that affect the tool's working. We try to improve it and make it as stable as possible. Also, we regularly add new features to make tool use easier and more comfortable.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Most of our users are repetitive, more than 70%.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Yes, we have a FAQ that helps to understand the features and metrics we provide, and understand how they can be useful. Also, we have a blog and publish here marketing articles, and instructions how to reach some goals using the tool.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Chat and email support. It’s a help for tool features. Also, we can provide some tips about how to make needed research. We have a lot of students who write dissertations, and we help to collect and find appropriate data.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
I hope it will reach the level of a global AI system for content analysis. And we do everything to make it possible.
