Quick Campus is a leading provider of educational technology solutions. Our flagship product is the Quick Campus School ERP software - an end-to-end cloud-based school management system aimed at automating admin and management for K-12 schools and educational institutions.

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of QuickCampus, my role involves overseeing the technological development and advancement of our software platform, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our clients and remains at the forefront of innovation in the industry.

What was the objective behind coming up with this software?

The primary objective behind the development of our school management software was to address the challenges faced by educational institutions in effectively managing their administrative processes.

Important tasks like attendance, fee collection, admissions, timetables, and more were siloed across people, documents, and outdated processes. This created huge inefficiencies, lack of visibility, and preventable issues.

By introducing Quick Campus, we aimed to provide a user-friendly and feature-rich solution that streamlines various processes, enhances efficiency, and ultimately improves the overall learning experience for students and educators.

How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?

Our software stands out in the market due to its comprehensive features, user-friendly interface, and scalability.

Unlike other alternatives, our solution offers a holistic approach to school management, integrating functionalities such as online attendance, admissions, faculty management, and digital marketing, among others. 

This comprehensive approach adds significant value to our clients by providing them with a one-stop solution for their diverse needs.

What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?

Currently, our services are primarily tailored for schools, ranging from small independent institutions to large educational organizations.

However, we have ambitious expansion plans in the pipeline to extend our offerings to colleges and other educational institutions in the future. We believe that our comprehensive school management software can bring significant benefits to a wide range of educational entities, regardless of size or scope.

What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?

Our software distinguishes itself through a range of key features tailored to meet the diverse needs of educational institutions.

These include streamlined processes for student registration and admissions, comprehensive student profile management, efficient visitor management systems, dynamic website creation and content management, robust lesson planning tools, seamless parent communication channels via SMS, email, and WhatsApp, advanced library management functionalities, precise examination management, etc.

With these features, our software offers a holistic solution that empowers schools to optimize their operations and enhance the educational experience for all stakeholders.

What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

I cannot mention the exact figure but our customer satisfaction is excellent. We assign dedicated account managers and train staff to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?

Yes, a significant portion of our customers are repeat clients. On average, our customers tend to stay with us for around 6-7 years, with many opting to extend their contracts for additional years. This speaks to the satisfaction and trust they have in our SaaS solutions and the value they derive from our services over the long term.

Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?

Yes, we offer video tutorials as part of our resource section for clients. These tutorials are designed to guide users through various features and functionalities of our software, helping them quickly familiarize themselves with its capabilities and optimize their usage experience.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

We understand the importance of ensuring our users have the necessary resources to familiarize themselves with our product. Alongside offering demos before onboarding we provide comprehensive phone and email support to promptly address any queries or issues our users may encounter, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience with our software.

What has been the revenue for your product for 2023?

I'm unable to provide specific revenue details for our product in 2023, but our company, QuickTouch Limited, recorded a total revenue of 87 crore last financial year. This strong financial performance underscores our company's overall success and growth trajectory across our diverse range of products and services.

Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?

In the next 10 years, we envision our product becoming the industry standard for school management software, empowering educational institutions across India to embrace digital transformation and enhance the learning experience for students.
