I’m Charmain Tan, the Founder and CEO of QuickDesk. I monitor and ensure my team is implementing the business development and operational strategies that we have agreed to work on to achieve goals for the year.

We offer a simplified sales engagement CRM assisting salespeople to better track their sales leads and activities. We focus on using Customer Experience Automation to bring in human touch at the most impactful moments to personalize the customer journey and convert leads and close prospects easier.

What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
I started QuickDesk in 2014 with one very simple goal which was to help sales professionals to generate more sales with less. Along the journey, we realised that businesses were having difficulty simplifying their sales and marketing processes, meeting customer expectations from their initial touchpoints, and converting prospects into customers.
Hence, by the end of 2018, we consolidated all of our experiences from offering CRM and Customer Experience Automation into an education program. Today, our mission is to grow more businesses by growing their sales through technology and education.

How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
One of the reasons we have managed to help over 900 businesses is through our personalised approach in how we consult and implement our software. Every clients’ business is different, therefore, with each client, our implementation team maps out a workflow that is specific to that business use case. We ensure that the solution implemented works at solving their sales and marketing pain points.

What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
Most of our clients come from education, membership associations, retail, professional services, consultancy, and insurance.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
One of the key features that have benefited our clients the most is automated engagement. It allows businesses to focus on strengthening their customers' experience while spending less time on pre-sales and after-sales activities.
Most of our clients have also benefited from the deals pipeline feature that streamlines their sales process and keeps their sales and marketing team in the loop of which stage each of their customers is at and how to approach customers at each of their sales stages.
In addition, our software has a real-time tracking report allowing businesses to manage the sales pipeline easily and have better visibility on their marketing campaigns and sales performance.

What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We have come to realize that a lot of companies blindly adopt the solution to implement for their business and are not being trained to fully utilize the software. At QuickDesk, we journey with them from the start of adopting the solution and all the way to the end, even after the project has been fully implemented.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Our products are subscription-based and solutions are mapped out according to their business-specific needs. Hence, there is no context of repeated clients in our business model but our existing clients are happy to journey with us.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
As mentioned prior to this, we provide comprehensive training for clients, where we onboard the team on how to use the software. We also provide a user guide on our website for both desktop and mobile use of the software.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We provide a dedicated account manager for each of our clients and if any clients were to have any queries or face issues, they would be able to immediately reach out to their dedicated account manager who will resolve doubts and challenges of clients. Our customer success team will also follow up with clients regularly to ensure that clients are using the software appropriately and to its maximum capabilities, update clients upon new features, and gather feedback for improvements.
