Please introduce your product and briefly describe your role within the organization.

I am the Founder of Qwaiting, a Queue management software. Our product is a powerful tool designed to manage long queues. It comes with various advanced features such as real-time information, and cross-platform integration, helping in reducing the waiting time of customers. My role as Director is to lead my talented team and create strategic plans for their continuous and ongoing growth in the industry.

What was the objective behind coming up with this software?

The idea of launching Qwaiting came into my mind in 2018 when I and one of my friends went for dinner at a restaurant. There, we had to wait for a long time to get a table, which made both of us frustrated and irritated. This was not the first time we both visited some restaurants and wasted a lot of time there. That was the first time an idea crossed my mind to launch something that help manage queues and work smoothly. later, I noted that the same problem of poor customer flow and improper customer management at peak hours is experienced by many businesses. This issue caused them customer and revenue loss. 

To resolve such problems I worked and researched for 2 years with full dedication to finally launch our powerful and advanced Qwaiting software. This not only helps in reducing the queues at businesses but simplifies the daily administration of the businesses. This leads to improving the service quality, attracting more clients, and positive reputation in the market.

How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?

Unlike other queuing solutions, Qwaiting offers its clients a unique value by providing all-inclusive real-time reports. It offers Industry-specific solutions such as a digital patient management system, retail solution, bank queuing system, etc. The software comes with powerful and advanced features including such as appointment booking, a user-friendly interface, third-party integration, and business intelligence. Qwaiting help improves business efficiency and customer satisfaction level.

According to me, the customer satisfaction rate is a measure of the number of customers who are pleased and satisfied with our solution. It represents the level of happiness and fulfillment customers experience when using our software. Following are some of the approaches we take to cater to our customer’s needs and requirements.

  • Training and Support- We offer training sessions and user guidance, helping our customers make the best use of the software.

There is a collection of common queries and their answers for users to use to solve their problems. The user simply needs to search their query, and they will find the solution to the problem.

Qwaiting is dedicated to offering high-quality and satisfactory solutions to its clients with various problems and different business types. To solve the queries and problems of customers we have a customer support team. They can reach our team via voice calls, text messages, and email.  Along with this, we offer on-site training if required.

What has been the revenue for your product for 2022?
The revenue for our product in 2022 was approximately 1 million dollars. We are working hard for more growth and success in providing solutions to business managers.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?

Over the next 10 years, we see Qwaiting growing even stronger.
