LogMeIn Rescue is a solid remote software, but is expensive.
Review Summary
I've been using LMI Rescue for over 10 years, and there hasn't been many changes to the GUI. It is very stable, easy for both the end-user and technician. The technician has 2 ways to get connected: 1) through the LMI Rescue Console (App) 2) using a Browser Based URL It is a fairly light software, no lagging/delays, and does not slow the machine down. It comes with the major functionality of: 1) File Transfer 2) Chat with user 3) Reboot machine and remain connected 4) Annotate on client machine 5) Blank screen while technician is working on it

Powerful one off tool for support with those folks not already linked in
Review Summary
We use LogMeIn Central for most of our users, but Rescue is great for either users that aren't yet on Central or for dealing with 3rd party customers or remote users that we can't connect to.

Most versatile remote support software
Review Summary
Our company oversees the maintenance of computers on various companies. When our customers encounter any problem with their computers, in that case, we use Rescue software by LogMeIn to fix their computers remotely. This has overall reduced the time and cost for customer support, while also increasing their satisfaction.
