After the file is transcribed it is analyzed by AI which gives the summary of each call, the client’s problem, and shows the solution provided by the operator. Also, you’ll get detailed information regarding each transcribed call, such as caller and operator sentiment, silence time, call success score, and specific keywords that were mentioned during the call.

• Manufacturing : To provide the manufacturing sector with excellent customer services Rythmex has implemented a cutting-edge Call-analytics feature that enables manufacturing companies to transcribe millions of minutes of customer calls a month and determine the effectiveness of its contact center. Rythmex gives a detailed analysis of the reasons customers are calling, what are the main problems encountered. How do the customer care operators perform on each call, and calculate the sentiment and the satisfactory score of the client after each transcribed call.

• Blogging and Content Making : Rythmex allows video bloggers to transcribe their content and create subtitles (.SRT) automatically in different languages.
