Clean, Consistent Signatures Across All Devices — Finally
We moved to Sigsync after struggling with manual signature updates and inconsistent formatting across our team. Setup was straightforward, and within a short time, everyone had a professional signature that matched our brand — no matter where they were sending emails from.
What I like most is how easy it is to make updates. If we need to change a banner or contact detail, it takes a few clicks from the dashboard and it’s done for everyone. No chasing people, no formatting issues.
It’s simple, reliable, and does exactly what we need. Would definitely recommend it for any business using Microsoft 365.

What I liked most is the centralised management — being able to update and apply professional, consistent signatures across the entire organisation from one dashboard. It saved us hours of manual work and ensured our branding always looks polished, no matter the device or user. The drag-and-drop editor and seamless Azure AD integration made it even better.
What do you like the least about Sigsync Office 365 Email Signatures?
Honestly, there’s very little to say about. If anything, it would be great to have a few more ready-made signature templates to choose from at the start
