Ticaga is a professional and user friendly support and help desk. We've developed Ticaga on the Laravel core, as this helps us advance our software quicker and securer. We've tried to make Ticaga user friendly so your customers can browse and get help faster and easier.

The admin area is easy to use for your agents, and without any complications as the agents and customer area as the same url. You don't need to remember links, folders, etc.

As Ticaga is hosted on your own premise it means you control the security of the server, no need to worry about anyone else's installation.

We've got big plans for Ticaga, and we will support most billing systems, wordpress etc. All coming soon.
