We’ve tried lots of accounts payable software and only Tipalti has saved us from the dilemma. The moment we integrated the software, the usual week-long process was cut down to just one day. It’s very user-friendly. We never felt such relief for a very long time. Overall, I would say that Tipalti is a notable payment solution that will make anyone's life easy with accounts payables. The only drawback I see with the software is the tedious back-end work during the integration process. But it’s all worth the effort compared to the tedious work we used to do before getting our hands with it.

In our business, we use Tipalti, which is a holistic, cloud-based asset that has significantly helped to optimize our payment system by providing a powerful and secure payment haven that automates our global payment process, from onboarding to tax compliance. This has been made possible due to the fact that it has streamlined the way we make payments to customers, vendors, and partners, across our wide base of 20 countries, as it ensures all tax and regulatory requirements are complied to, with very little human intervention necessary. Through the use of a wide variety of features, like invoice automation, tax calculations, payment remittance, supplier management, and more, it has effectively enhanced our overall payment experience, which used to be a complex and confusing process and turned it into something easily manageable on a daily basis, which was the biggest struggle for our accounting team at the beginning.

Tipalti has been used by our company for the past year now and it has significantly simplified our vendor payments.

We no longer need to manage multiple processing payment methods in our company. The security regarding our transactions has improved drastically as banking details of the company are protected by the app itself which is convenient for us. One of the major concerns with Tipalti is that it does not sync billing PDFs to the company systems which takes a considerable amount of time, we have to take a look at each billing detail individually. The biggest disadvantage though, is that Tiaplti has no live chat support which makes it extremely difficult to manage in case of a bug in the software or updating. It has very strong management features but it does lack in customer support, which can hopefully be improved soon as the software is great for use in bigger firms or tech companies.
