It way a very good partnership established with Trinet, as it was the first time we´ve needed a payroll provider, so the experience was great, in order to learn and absorve their knowledge.

I have been involved with TriNet in one way or another for years. The way they have handled this Covid19 situation has been outstanding. The amount of information and webinars have been very helpful.

Since day one, TriNet has worked tirelessly to support our small company of only a few employees. I often wonder how they can provide such top-notch support and yet only charge an amount we can afford. However, the main thing is it allows us to provide our employees with benefits comparable to any large company!

During COVID-19 we needed specific reports to qualify for the SBA Loan Program. TriNet came through and delivered exactly what we needed.

Very happy with service and price to value. Great portal application - easy for both employer/ admin and employee reporting. Some challenges in mid year onboarding and transition from previous payroll provider. On employer to "close the gap" on end of year tax reporting across providers.

When faced with company layoffs and the need to process payroll for your employees is of uttermost importance during a crisis- you want to depend on your HR/payroll company. Instead, they change policies without notice requiring extra time, money and unneeded stress during this time. It was not appreciated and our relationship with this company post pandemic may be changing.

TriNet has been our PEO provider for the last 3+ years. We have found their payroll and HR teams to be excellent, always proactively helping our company and guiding us in the right direction. We absolutely love our partners at TriNet!
