All of the customer services reps that we have had over the 5 years all have been great. We had to leave do to 102% increase on our health insurance. Was sad to leave but TriNet gave us no choose!

They really don\'t care!

For a while they were great until they were not. They gave me rep that just never returned my calls and never did anything a needed help with and they did not care. I complained and they did nothing. I told them I would leave and now I am. They let are letting me go with no fight at all. They are not worth doing business with. They do not care about the customer anymore.
