Great customer services poor insurance rates!

All of the customer services reps that we have had over the 5 years all have been great. We had to leave do to 102% increase on our health insurance. Was sad to leave but TriNet gave us no choose!

They really don't care!

For a while they were great until they were not. They gave me rep that just never returned my calls and never did anything a needed help with and they did not care. I complained and they did nothing. I told them I would leave and now I am. They let are letting me go with no fight at all. They are not worth doing business with. They do not care about the customer anymore.

Ease of Use

Since day one, TriNet has worked tirelessly to support our small company of only a few employees.
