What Users Like The Most

It is easy to use and understand the entire functionality.
The real-time validation and simple upload process save us time. We can drag and drop .CSV files from our CRM and get results fast. The cost-per-credit model is fair, especially for small businesses. Plus, we love that credits don’t expire, so we only pay when we actually need verifications.
It showed exactly which contacts were invalid, disposable, or suspicious. I could sort and download the results easily. It helps organize multiple lists across project phases. What I Liked Least:

Sometimes, the verification process takes too long.
It would be helpful if there was a built-in integration with our CRM or a Zapier plugin. Right now, it’s a manual upload, which works fine but would be even better automated.
A browser-based tool works fine, but a mobile-friendly version would be helpful on job sites.
