It does what it serves, but the usability is not simple
It is a good tool to have in the company, otherwise, we would need to be uploading expenses manually and use spreadsheets. However, the UI is not simple and the usability is hard. There is too much going on on the screen, the form options are too tight together. When you upload an image, you have a split-screen and it is not clear what does what.

good that it is possible to manage the expenses and authorizations
everyone in the company has access since their first day
it is possible to upload multiple images to the same expense
it is also possible to use the smart phone to upload the images of the receipt
What do you like the least about webexpenses?
the ui has too much going one, it is hard to know what does what
