White Label Loyalty is a data-driven marketing and technology platform that helps businesses increase revenue and retention by understanding, engaging, and influencing their customers. As a founder and CEO, I’m driving forward the growth and prospects of our technology. 
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
White Label Loyalty’s software was created to fix a major issue in the loyalty space: 75% of loyalty programs fail. Why? Innovation in loyalty has stagnated -  over 50% of all loyalty programs are not available on mobile. Loyalty programs need to adapt to our digital world. Each program should also be unique and tailored to a brand’s target audience. Research shows us that personalization not only works, but that customers actually want (and even expect) it. Finally, 99% of existing loyalty programs are only transactional, so they only reward purchases. Loyalty programs should be flexible enough to react to any kind of customer action with any kind of result. 
This level of flexibility in our software allows brands to drive the specific customer behaviours they want to see.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
We have a unique approach to customer loyalty that uses the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning to predict customer behaviour and pro-actively engage with customers. Furthermore, our event-based loyalty engine makes any customer behaviour rewardable. This gives clients unlimited flexibility to drive the behaviours they want to see. We are proud of our advanced, flexible technology that can power even the most complex use-cases. 
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
We are providing data and loyalty solutions to clients all over the world and across many industries. We can work with any sector and use-case. Our solution mostly attracts medium-large enterprises in retail, B2B, food and beverage, and technology. Retail and F&B businesses benefit from access to our data capture options such as receipt scanning. 
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
One of the key advantages our clients see in using our service over competition is the flexibility with which we can approach creating a loyalty program. We created a modular solution in order to fit any type of use case. Our event-based logic allows complete customisation without too much time and effort. Based on this, it doesn’t matter whether a business wants to reward a transaction, the purchase of a specific product, interaction with a brand, or engaging in a competition. All these behaviours and more can be a basis for a unique and personalised reaction. Our software also provides a 360 view of a brands customers which can help drive their data strategy. In the next 10 years, we will expand into further markets globally and continue to attract huge, international brands. We are particularly excited about the virtual future and how loyalty can be created on platforms like the metaverse. Our product will be the digital solution that can create bespoke reward experiences for the digital customer. Customer loyalty is an ever-present problem for businesses worldwide, so we never stop evolving and our product is constantly improving with us.
