We SEOAnt have been using Workable for a little over a year now, which has significantly enhanced our recruitment process efficiency. What I love most about the system is that it has a pay-as-you-go pricing formula that allows us to pay for it when we need its service, which is usually in between months when we need to hire. It also integrates with multiple job boards making our applicant tracking simple and convenient. The system's downside is that it doesn’t fully support self-onboarding, which would be extra helpful as our company evolves into a fully remote entity.

We PhotoAiD have been using Workable for quite some time - it must be three years, and it’s proved to be quite a good investment. Nowadays, we use the software roughly 2-3 times per week since there's been some movement lately in the company. The most important advantage of choosing this program over others like JazzHR or ICIMS is its simplicity.

We BestPeopleFinder use Workable. It has proved to be the best applicant tracking software (ATS) for us. It helps us to unify, organize, and automate the stages of the selection and hiring process, reducing operational tasks common to HR, such as managing and sorting resumes and ranking candidates based on keywords used in the search. The incredible feature of Workable highlights the most relevant information related to the vacancy in question, such as experience, skills, and competencies. It is unusual because it can handle both businesses that rarely employ and organizations that hire candidates on a large scale. The program includes everything you'll need to handle the whole recruitment process. Workable has it all, from the first open position through evaluating and onboarding the top candidates. Workable’s Automation tools are also helpful. Specific procedures and manual duties, such as organizing interviews and sending offer letters, are simple to automate. Workable does provide a site for external recruiters. However, in most situations, the program is intended for internal use.
