We Joloda Hydraroll use BambooHR. The Applicant Tracking System was awarded a Top Rated award by TrustRadius based purely on customer satisfaction ratings. Its user interface is straightforward and intuitive which helps to make managing the applicant process organized and efficient. Management of applicant and employee personal information is easy. From an applicant's perspective, it provides a seamless process with the option of regular and timely communications designed to keep the applicant engaged. Communicating with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process is made easy and onboarding options are easily customizable. There are also nice touches such as automated new employee shoutouts.

BambooHR is a great way to keep track on the applicants

We Neutypechic use BambooHR to track our applicants. It's a great way to keep track of who's applying and when they're applying, which is incredibly helpful for understanding whether or not we have the right candidates. It also helps us make sure that our hiring process is thorough and fair so that we don't miss out on qualified candidates who might be interested in joining our team. We've been using this software for about five years, and we've found it to be extremely easy to use. We just log into the system once a week, go through all of our applications, and approve them as soon as possible. It's made a huge difference in our ability to find great people for open positions.

BambooHR is a very user friendly software and easy to navigate

We Resume Seed use BambooHR. I have worked in HR for over 18 years and about 5 years ago we purchased the HR software BambooHR. I use the software daily and, with BambooHR, you can also give employees and supervisors access to certain tabs and documents for them to view. It is also very affordable! BambooHR will send out birthday and anniversary announcements and has some pretty clever sayings every time you log out.

The software offered by BambooHR is available in two packages: Essentials and Advantage. The former only covers basic HR administration and self-service employee alternatives, whilst the latter includes hiring and onboarding capabilities, advanced processes, customization, branding options, and superior support. Optional features for payroll, time tracking, and performance monitoring will incur additional fees.
