Review Summary

We needed a marketplace with a lot of modifications designed by us. We studied about 10 different products and Yokart was the winner. The customer service is excellent and direct connection to the dev team with Whatsapp is a great tool. All customizations and new functionalities were designed and implemented really well. Dev team creates excellent plans and implements everything as planned. Support is also fantastic.

Excellent customer service. Fast and direct connection to the dev team.

Easy to customize and to add new functionalities. Dev team does excellent work on implementation and support.

The basic Yokart itself has a good set of functionalities to create a good multivendor marketplace.

What do you like the least about Yo!Kart?

Admin side is sometimes a bit difficult to use and some settings difficult to find. At least at first, before you have learned all the settings.

I did my research on similar products but for me none of them were even close to yo!kart, now it is up to me to make the business successful but I’m sure that I have the most important tool to establish my own online marketplace. Our marketplace nugizu.com is already launched thanks to yo’kart’s team they delegate a project manager for us along with their amazing team, and we’ve got astonishing support for any of our questions, and our marketplace is launched in unbelievably very short period of time. I’m really enjoying working with the team, they understand not only technical issues but also, they have deep understanding of the business logic from our perspective.
