Evaluating several talent sourcing tools, Zoho Recruit is the one with best and broadest capabilities for candidate matching. Having a really excellent resume parsing, AI support and good filtering, finding the adequate candidate within the talent pool is quite easy. We are just finalizing the ordering of Zoho recruit and expect that most of the "like the least" get solved during the initial workshop with the regional premium partner. The flexible pricing beats most of the competitors, while having all the features included, without having to buy many add-ons afterwards.

It is easy enough to learn how to use, albeit more tricky than our previous ATS. However, the upside is we are able to pay per user as opposed to 3-4 times more per month for unlimited users, which is not required for us due to our small team size. Excited to see how we're able to optimise our use of Zoho Recruit over the next few months. The functionality is good but only on the most expensive subscription. We would not get what we need unless we invested.

No cons as yet except the learning curve. It can feel a bit tricky at times to learn how to do different things in the ATS however, the online knowledge base is okay for this.

Intergrations went without a hitch. Interface is fast and non-IT colleagues can use it effectively. A letdown is the bare bones level of customization for the look and feel of the external facing components like the Job board. A custom CSS would be simple and effective, but there is nothing of the type.
