I love using the platform. I use Zoho Mail., so I am glad it is so easy to integrate in zoho. The applicant tracking is flawless, the job board easy to customize.

Good experience so far. Yet to use all the functionality to ensure it works correctly but the initial response would be positive. I will be using it more frequently once it has been fully optimised.

It requires someone from Zoho to help in the set up but the Indian customer service is just not upto the mark. The software is good but one cannot use it well until it is set up correctly and that is really complicated

I have been using ATSs for the last 10 years. I can easily state that zoho recruit is one of the most complete ATS at the market today. It has funciotionalitys and integrations only seen in very expensive recruiting software.

The system serves a small business like mine, I'm evaluating it for now, I use the free version, if it works for me I'll continue using it in the future, I still use it alone.

we've been using zoho rcruit for quite some time now and we use it on a daily basis to track our candidate pipeline. The implementation part has been easy from the get go since it was reletively easy to understand the process when we first used it. Currently, we're using only one feature of the AT services. The customer support has been good in terms of helping us navigate through some hiccups that we may have used. In the past 2 months that we have been using Zoho for, the integration services have been great and we were able to integrate it seamlessly with our internal tools.
