123division

123division is a two-person iOS app development team — John in Denver, Colorado and Kenneth in Atlanta,
Georgia. We write apps in Swift, run their backends on Cloudflare, and take them through Apple's App Store
review ourselves. iOS only.

Kenneth handles the front end and design: the screens, the flows, the icon and splash, how the app feels in
the hand. John handles the backend and App Store submission: Cloudflare backend, accounts and data,
TestFlight, privacy questionnaire, age rating, screenshots, review notes, in-app purchases. Both of us work
on every project. Clients in Denver meet John in person; clients in Atlanta meet Kenneth; everyone else gets
the same team over calls and TestFlight. You talk to the people building it.

We build iOS apps only, written in Swift — not Expo, not React Native, and no Android builds at all. Backends
run on Cloudflare in the client's own account, on the client's own domain. Every project ends with the
source code handed over and our access to the client's accounts removed.

Pricing as of 27 August 2026: $500 for a working prototype on your iPhone via TestFlight (4 days); $2,000 for
a fully wired production app with backend, login and account deletion (14 days); $5,000 for an app approved
and listed on the Apple App Store (30 days). All tiers include the app icon, splash screen, source code and 9
revisions. Prices rise as demand fills our calendar; the price quoted on your consultation holds for your
project.
