All time frames and timelines were reasonable, delivered on time and actually several times were EARLY. I mean when does that ever happen? Organizationally I the client dealt with 1 point of contact-Tanikshah overall and then Tech Lead Pawan. The big boss Abhishek was in charge of new projects and budgets and payments. Excellent communications structure. Abhiwan made it very efficient to explain and correspond with them for all needs. They then ran their own team(s) for the actual work. Communications wise Abhiwan day and night pretty much 7 days/week and was easily reachable on a daily basis. Easily. This would be by SKYPE, telephone call, text or email. This is fantastic. It truly helps put the client's mind at ease knowing that a live person will be available to handle client needs regardless of how simple or challenging. In addition I have zero background in technology or IT. Thus the company's explanation of how things work is very helpful and effective for me.
