Accel IT is a Melbourne-based managed IT services provider that works with small and mid-sized businesses, primarily in professional services. Most of our clients rely heavily on their systems day to day, but don’t have the internal capability or time to manage IT properly.

We take full responsibility for their IT environment. That means one team owns the outcome end-to-end support, security, maintenance, and overall performance. There’s no back-and-forth between vendors, no unclear ownership, and no gaps where issues get lost.

Our service is delivered on a fixed monthly basis, so clients know exactly what they’re paying each month. Support is unlimited, and the focus is on resolving issues properly and preventing them from recurring, not dragging them out through ticket queues or internal prioritisation.

A lot of businesses come to us after getting frustrated with slow response times, unclear billing, or reactive support from their current provider. We’re structured differently. We respond quickly, communicate in plain language, and prioritise work based on business impact, not internal processes.
