What Users Like The Most
- Within just one month, my LinkedIn network expanded by 100 targeted contacts, and we even secured a potential client from a prominent Ukrainian company.
- What we appreciated most during the collaboration was Addlium’s professionalism, deep domain expertise, and their ability to promptly resolve any work-related issues, even in challenging situations.
- What my colleagues and I appreciated the most was the professionalism of the Addlium team members, the wide range of social media services, and the smooth performance of tasks.
What Users Like The Least
- Nothing, I look forward to further collaborations!
- Nothing comes to mind.
- As I’ve already written, in general, our company is comfortable with their performance and the accomplished work. They performed all the list of services mentioned in our agreement. But the results of lead generation and additional sales didn’t meet our expectations. The same thing I can say about the promotion of our separate LinkedIn account that is dedicated to our exhibitions.

Executive Interview of Addlium
Dmytro Suslov
CEO
Kindly share your feedback on how Goodfirms has been doing so far in increasing your visibility among potential clients.
Goodfirms is a trusted listing service among our potential clients. Usually, they search for BPO services on such websites as Goodfirms, review different companies, and decide by 3 factors: portfolio, reviews, and overall rating. We have been upgrading our profile since September 2022 and every month we receive more and more profile and website visits from Goodfirms.
Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
Addlium is a BPO company, that helps C-levels of different companies to implement a social selling approach to their sales strategy. My role as a CEO here is to develop our business. I search for ideas, and new paths and validate them. Also, I am directly involved in sales processes.
What is the story behind starting this company?
As a core Addlium team, we work since 2020. We started as a digital marketing agency for B2B companies, offering a wide range of services: Landing Page Development, SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, SMM, and others. Among our clients were companies from different industries: IT, Logistics, Automotive, and Agrifood. My personal experience in marketing and sales is 15+ years, 10 of which are in the B2B sector, so I am very familiar with marketing strategies exactly in this field.
Going back to my current team, at the beginning of 2022 we exactly were preparing for the launch of a new service package that included Personal Profile Development and Lead Generation on LinkedIn. We tried the framework on ourselves and received inbound requests from the clients, but the Russian invasion interrupted our plans a bit.
Thank God, we were in safe places, and a few days after the invasion we resumed our work remotely. Despite the following economic crisis and the outflow of clients from the internal market, our flexibility allowed us not only to keep the team but scale up in a few months. We decided to narrow our services just to Social Selling on LinkedIn, namely Lead Generation and Content Management for C-Levels. Also, we decided to make a re-branding and go with a new name – Addlium, which means that we ADD value and sense with the help of the content, deliver the right messages to the right audience, and profit with the help of the lead generation, connecting right people between businesses.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We provide business outsourcing services through the in-house team.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We stand out with our story behind. Clear values stand behind our services. Our core team members are connected with the same visions, which helps us to deliver these values in our work.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Actually, our services suit any B2B company. The general framework is the same for any industry. For example, we work with the most famous Ukrainian NGO on a voluntary basis, assisting them in finding partners from abroad. We just adapted our approach to their specific needs. What about commercial projects, we focus mostly on Logistics, Manufacturing, and IT. Most of our clients are from these industries.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Obviously, implementing a Social Selling process. It includes Profile Packaging, Lead Generation, and Content Support. Everyone has a stake to save time on the research and so-called ‘cold calling’ and invest it into negotiations with already interested leads, which potentially end up with a deal.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We usually ask our clients that question during the cooperation, and the overall score is 8 out of 10. I think it’s not bad, and I’d rather rate it the same. I better leave room for striving and working for better. We always improve our processes in all directions. They are built based on "from client" approach. We have written standards for Content Management, Lead Generation, Accounting, etc., namely our internal rules and instructions, which define the requirements of service delivery. Each of us adheres to these standards.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We do not have a support team in the classical sense, as we do not provide any technical services. Usually, the clients send us their queries in our group chats where the dedicated account receives them for further processing.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Pay per Month, depending on the service package.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
It depends on the service. For instance, LinkedIn Brand Packaging can start from $600. The complex work on business network expansion, personal brand development, and sales activities starts from $2000.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
I talked about our pricing policy below. We do not plan to change it in 2023. We strive to improve the quality and effectiveness of our work, not to raise prices.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
The main criterion is to be useful and valuable for customers in particular and for the market in general. Size and turnover certainly matter, but this is not the most important. It's rather a consequence. For me, the key is to create value. When the value is clear, the price is not important; when the value is NOT clear, the price is also not important.
The basis of value creation is a vision and a strong team. I am glad that the best specialists are with us today. Not only in terms of expertise but also in terms of approaches, motivation, and vision. We definitely look from one side, and as I said above, this is the side of creating value for our customers.
