AdvanceAPractice Management runs medical billing, provider credentialing and payer contracting for behavioral health and outpatient practices, and builds the automations that keep that work moving. We work with commercial and government payers, including Medicare and Medicaid.

We've worked with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, physiatry groups, outpatient rehab practices and multi site dental groups. We also help clinicians leaving Headway, Alma or another platform get contracts under their own practice, and help practice owners add new providers to the contracts they already hold.

One team does the work and builds the tools around it, so a denial gets traced back to its cause and fixed where it started. Every package price is published on our website before you buy. Enrollments, EHR settings, trackers and reports stay in accounts you own, under your Tax ID.
