Overview:

Melon is a social nft platform empowering content creators and helping them build and strengthen their communities with the help of web3. The Melon product ecosystem includes the melon nft marketplace and melon collections launchpad. Anyone interested can create their own nft collection, featuring the iconic moments from youtube, instagram, twitter, tiktok or twitch.

Challenge: 

Creators and their fans are poorly familiar with Blockchain and Web3. Aegas has been building the platform user experience considering the social networks features such as following, robust social network integrations, verified check marks and embedded social content review to make the audience feel more confident with new tools. Aegas has also built tools for the MELON team to create NFTs for creators through the administrative panel, leaving the ownership to the creators.

Results:

Numerous creators with more than 250 million followers have joined MELON. MELON successfully launched an NFT Marketplace and Launchpad on Polygon Blockchain. The work continues on the Ethereum Social NFTs Launchpad, allowing creators to easily launch their social NFTs and building further utility around them.

Overview:

Sabreswap is a token marketplace for the nft projects coins that are not available anywhere else. plenty of small projects launch their utility tokens without having enough liquidity. Sabreswap is a place to buy and sell such coins for ETH.

Challenge:

The tight deadlines and budget were critical for the product launch, while the solution needed to be configurable enough so that the client could independently support new coins in the product and manage website content.

Results:

The time to market of the project from the kick-off meeting to going live was 9 working days. Aegas delivered a decentralized application, listings and offers aggregation backend service, necessary infrastructure setup, and integrated CMS for dynamic content management. Aegas helped support the launch and is continuing the work on the product features development. Together with Fueled on Bacon, Aegas proved that product development outsourcing can be trustworthy and efficient.

Overview:

Kyivbrand is a pilot project for tokenization factory startup – a platform combining the legal & blockchain worlds to bring intellectual property, trademarks and licensing to the whole new level. The licenses for the kyiv city logo usage are sold as ntfs and contain the real-life legal utility for the nft owners.

Challenge:

The trademark usage license must be issued for a limited period of time. It also imposes restrictions on both parties of the deal. To have the real world utility, the owner of the license NFT should be able to obtain a license usage agreement depending on its jurisdiction and legal entity. Aegas implemented a decentralized solution that complies with the legal framework using smart contract mechanisms and provides dynamic settings. We also developed an application for property validation and generation of license agreement documents for specific NFTs for real-world use.

Results:

Kyiv became the first city in the world whose logo is traded on the blockchain. 2 NFT collections were launched for local and foreign use and they had successful sales. With the help of smart contracts, the legal framework supports the rights of both parties through the agreement and greatly simplifies the licensing process.

Overview:

Hepsiburada is the premier destination for online shopping in Turkey, rising to the top as the country's #1 eCommerce company. They pride themselves on offering our customers a seamless and convenient shopping experience through our website and mobile applications.  

Challenge:

The main challenge of the implementation were the project terms: We had to build a complex website and applications for both iOS and Android based on the UX/UI designs from scratch for 1 month without any eCommerce frameworks.

This required thorough work planning and constant coordination between the development teams in Aegas, Revton and GlobalData Techs. Aegas was responsible for all the development process and planning of Frontend development, iOS and Android applications and managing teams correspondingly.

Result:

Website and applications included numerous product lists types and campaigns, robust filtering and search of the items, suggestions based on the reviewed items, making an order, managing the delivery addresses and payment methods (Credit cards and PayPal), order tracking and history, support, client profile.

It also included dynamic menu based on the backend configuration, custom animations, support of English and Arabic localizations with LTR and RTL versions of application layout, changing of the locale on the fly and a lot more other features.

Challenge:

The main challenge faced in the project was poor internet connection and the use of tablets as the main devices by guides in Africa, which prompted the development of an automated questionnaire integrated with commonly used apps by guides to quickly display options and suggest destinations based on client choices.

Result:

We developed a new website for Africa Wilderness Journeys, including custom design, implementation, and testing for web, tablet, and mobile platforms. The website featured a dynamic questionnaire that was adjustable to different types of questions and content, as well as dynamic results mapping. The questionnaire also included multiple ways for clients to contact the company and messenger services were integrated for a smooth client experience. Additionally, a CRM system was built to manage website content, client applications, tours, and feedback, and schedules were integrated with Google Calendar for tour guides. Guides were also notified through WhatsApp and email when feedback or applications were received.

Overview:

ChangeFunder is a non-profit organization that aims to create an online marketplace to connect donors to small, locally-focused non-profit organizations. The organization's vision is to leverage social media and international development expertise to improve the lives of disadvantaged communities around the world. ChangeFunder already has an application that connects funding organizations and social projects, but wants to expand and transform it into a more inclusive and engaging global platform. They enlisted the help of Aegas to develop the idea, create an MVP prototype, and develop a plan for further platform extension.

Challenge:

The existing platform of ChangeFunder had limited social interaction among users. Many users were interested in helping projects as advocates or advisors, but there was a lack of communication channels for this. Additionally, project owners were looking for guidance or expertise as well as monetary contributions. To address these issues, We proposed to transform the platform into a more problem-centered one with more communication possibilities, but due to the primary source of support being from donors, a large-scale transformation would be difficult. We needed to develop a strategy for small releases to gradually implement a global point of communication about world problems in the existing software.

Result:

We proposed to break down ChangeFunder's idea into three stages: 

• The first stage would focus on organizations, allowing them to present themselves and their projects in a customized way with high interactivity, while also giving users the ability to learn about organizations and their projects, subscribe to updates, and communicate with representatives. 
• The second stage would shift the focus to the problem topic, allowing organizations and users to communicate how they contribute to the topic, post news and create projects for fundraising. 
• The third stage would expand the user experience by allowing users to volunteer and become a part of the organization, provide a gamified model of achievements and the possibility of group chats and hot events, in addition to API integration for organizations. Aegas developed an interactive prototype of the first and second stages and presented the overall strategy to the owners.
