The project's measurable outcomes showed us progress or success in terms of increased online visibility, customer acquisition and retention, e-commerce sales, user satisfaction and engagement, cost savings and efficiency improvements, revenue growth, and the use of analytics for continuous improvement. Also, The project management team demonstrated strong organizational skills and effective communication throughout the project. They were able to deliver us items on time and were responsive to our needs, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Objective was to build a modern website and consider additional solutions that give our clients a better understanding what we do and enchance their experience online to increase our leads/conversions/visibility. Initially, Aegas was engaged to redo our website. Within scope and under budget, Aegas rapidly delivered a custom built site with creative interfaces, robust media and content features, as well as standard and unique analytic tools. With the remaining budget, they integrated a trip planning tool for boosting client leads through user experience optimization. Currently they are under a new contract which is integrating a custom built CRM/ERP tool which acts as a support suite for AWJ's full lifecycle of business processes (marketing, sales, operations, system adminstration). I have already seen tangible results. The website has a better user experience and after using the different tools they integrated into my ability to monitor and track website traffic which has improved by over 1000% from what it was initially. Furthermore, the trip planning tool they incorporated into the website has generated at least half a dozen new client prospects for new clients, trips combined are currently valued at more than $150,000! Communication with Aegas is really easy, I can reach any one of their contacts whenever I have a question. They complete work on time and exceed expectations. They continue to do a great job from a project management standpoint. Thanks to Aegas, I've never felt so confident and in control of my business and it's future success.

The Aegas team really went out of their way to help in two distinct ways. The first was helping us transfer the codebase for the existing platform. With the constraints of our budget, we had to salvage what we had and were focused on ways to enhance the existing system. At first Aegas said let’s focus on what you imagined this platform as you imagined and meant it to be for it’s users. They made us see that the more important way to understand our best options was to realign our priorities back on the intended vision and function. That made them significantly stand out in terms of trust and confidence. Secondly, they did a fantastic job of understanding our requirements in order to devise a proposed plan to move forward. Aegas’ entire leadership worked with us to define the right levels of functionality for the platform’s intended purpose and user base, and executed all the changes and enhancements they could creative perform within the resources we made available to them. As if that wasn’t already enough, they successfully integrated an critical API with a local payment partner to help facilitate payouts once money was realized from funders. Overall, Aegas truly went above and beyond: what we expected; what was asked; and their mandate. They treated the opportunity, our vision, their role, and the responsibilities as if they were on our team and partners in our success.
