About AI Guild
AI Guild is a Prague-based studio that brings together product design, development, and AI automation under one roof. Founded by Rostislav Peska with 17 years of experience across startups, enterprise, and public sector, we help founders and product teams build intelligent products from strategy to launch.
Our work ranges from mobile apps and enterprise platforms to design systems and AI-powered workflows. Clients include DPD, PwC, O2, Raiffeisen, Siemens, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, and the Czech Government.
Beyond client delivery, AI Guild runs two connected initiatives: AI Founders, the largest Czech AI practitioner community with daily news and regular meetups, and AI Guild Academy, offering hands-on courses in AI product development for developers and designers.
