Good service for good money for your all translation needs

It doesn't matter If you need to translate either couple of words via Nitro or a localization file Alconost will do that for you promptly. I do a fintech platform and use the solution to localize my product for global customers to speak to them in the same language.

This is my favorite service for translation into several languages at once.

I translate phrases of my android app into five different languages. It is a small size, and some new terms appear from time to time. It would be challenging to look for freelancers for such goals, so the choice fell on this service. And I like it.

Some translators don't get into the stylistics on the technical assignment, don't use slang and dialect. Need to check and give corrections in time.

I searched among many services and settled on this as it works with all my 30+ languages.

If you need to translate quickly and efficiently a small number of words or large volumes of text, then this is probably the best solution. Besides, everyone knows about them. Excellent support in your native language excellent prices. You can translate even one word for a couple of cents, which will not take more than a couple of hours. This is what I need.

Preparing translations for marketing materials such as videos, screenshots and banners into over 30 languages. Including rather rare languages such as Tajik, Uzbek, Filipino, etc. It is also worth considering that my tasks include translating the minimum amount of words, usually less than 10 words. In many languages, usually more than 15-20 languages. For example, translate 6 words that consist of 4 keys (phrases) into 20 languages. It ends up costing about $2 for EVERYTHING while other services offer $10-25 for only one language translation.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

A fast nitro service in which there is no concept of a minimum amount of text

Ease of use. Convenient and intuitive interface that contains great opportunities for customization to suit your needs

Fast translation service in multiple languages with an intutive interface and responsive support

I like the way I can get translations in a variety of languages. Whether it is a short sentence or something longer, I am sure I will get text within 24 hours. But what is more, it comes much faster. This does not create bottlenecks in my workflow.
The support team responds promptly. I had an isssue with which I appoached them in a live chat. It took no more than 1 minute to respond and that issue was fixed.
Overall, I am glad with the service and continue working with them.

Tailored approach to the customers need when it comes to translation services.

Excellent professionals

I have been working with Alconost since 2015. During this time they translated hundreds of thousands of characters for me and helped launch dozens of projects.
For me, this is not just a cool service, but also great people. During this time, several managers have changed: Stas, Dmitry, Nadezhda, Yana, Evgenia ... Only the quality manager Vladimir and the soulful attitude towards me remained unchanged.
Each of them did a little more than he was obliged to do: laughed at my jokes, helped to compose texts, filed appeals to the arbitration system, sent me photos of their pets, congratulated me on the holidays... And of course... Solved any problems with the translation of my texts into dozens of languages. RTL? Hieroglyphs? Rare file format? No comments? No difference. It can be a challenge to localize an app with advanced features such as smart deletion of identical photos, video deletion and identification of similar photos. When tasked with localizing the game "Bunny Boom," a thrilling marble shooter in the style of Zuma, it was occasionally challenging to grasp specific contexts and accurately translate certain phrases. We conduct localization projects using PEMT, or post-edited machine translation, for the Aviloo company. To obtain a raw machine translation of acceptable quality, we tested six translation engines and had native-speaking translators assess the results. Their evaluations revealed that with some target languages, some engines could outperform the rest.
