From BRD to go-live, the project was handled with a structured SDLC approach. We kicked off with requirements discovery workshops and transitioned into wireframes and high-fidelity mockups. Their sprint planning was tight, and each iteration resulted in a working prototype we could test. Tech stack recommendations were well-aligned with our scale (Node.js backend, PostgreSQL, and React.js). The final deliverable was a lightweight, performant HR platform that reduced our administrative overhead significantly. We had a great experience with them.

Custom HRMS design and development, focused on employee engagement, leave management, basic payroll tracking, onboarding workflows, and document management.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their product-minded approach. Their engineers translated needs into clear workflows and micro-interactions. They even built reusable components and scoped for future extensibility, which was a bonus.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
There was some ambiguity during the UAT phase because a few business logic decisions hadn't been clearly established, which caused a slight learning curve during internal onboarding. They addressed this with detailed walkthroughs and demo sessions post-handover, but a centralized playbook or admin manual would’ve made the transition smoother.
