SharePoint-based file transfer system for an Electronic Document Management System that seamlessly transfers large files from one SharePoint application to another at different locations.
We created file archive and transfer functionality with encryption so nobody can misuse files. The file will be encrypted while it’s archived/transferred and placed on the Azure cloud. Here we used 2 level encryption so in case the user has to access the cloud then also he can not decrypt the file. So to summarize security was the main goal for file archive and transfer.
Additionally, we created a cross-site view from which the client can see data from various sites in a single place i.e. cross-site view.

Termination or interruption of internet connection during audio download
Every midweek a new beat is chosen to be the “Weakly Beat”. The beat is later uploaded in the app for musicians to record their verses. To upload your verses, app user needs to download the beat and record their verses. Termination of the Internet was one of the major hurdles that restrain users to successfully download the beat. So, whenever internet connection is lost, instead of starting the download from the current state, the user needs to re-download the entire file which was quite time-consuming.
Solution
- AllianceTek builds a video player & editing app that allows app users to download beat, record, and seamlessly upload the video.
- Our development team overcomes this scenario by integrating a download feature that allows users to download the app when the internet is active.
- The team managed to maintain the application’s active state that stores users’ current state information. So, if the user kills the app from the memory, the app will save the current state and whenever a download button is clicked, the download will resume from the last state.
- The app also downloads the data in the background even though the app is in a memory state.

They sought the assistance of AllianceTek to create a customized solution to upload and update content dynamically. AllianceTek worked closely with MedicalLogix and delivered an e-learning Solution with Enhanced Features.
The solution features audio and video streaming, downloadable transcripts, podcast subscription, online post-tests, custom landing pages and other components to leveraging communication and understanding. The solution involved the creation of a new CMS-enabled website for content, reviews and clinical dialogues. AllianceTek built out players that help us provide video and text-based content for our programs. They used .NET for development, and they continue to make adjustments to the code when our client requests any changes.
Our programs fall under two major types: the first website is more anonymous and redirects our users to other providers to receive their certificate, while the second website has a login portal and lets us maintain the user information and issue a continuing medical education certificate. AllianceTek also hosts our server.
