The project manager was very professional as well as really easy to communicate with. I saw a lot of involvement in achieving the goals of the project, and speed in tending to urgent matters. After this step, a roadmap was developed, and work started in sprints, with periodic builds being delivered to us, as well as weekly discussions on the project scope and technical implementation.
