They were proactive and refreshingly transparent in their communication. They were incredibly receptive to iterating in response to our input, and everything was provided ahead of schedule. They even checked in after delivery to make sure the launch process happened without a hitch.

We received a thorough product hunting plan from AMZ Automation that included competition analysis, market gap analysis, and estimated return on investment for every possible item. In addition to providing a carefully curated list of successful items and keyword and ranking information, they concentrated on matching Amazon trends with our primary instructional goal.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their comprehension of the Amazon ecosystem, particularly in the areas of toys and education, was what truly caught our attention. Their observations were specific, useful, and seemed to be derived from actual experience rather than being general.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Not much to criticize, to be honest. They were willing to offer advice when we contacted them, but if we had to select a fault, a little more post-launch optimization counsel would have been beneficial.
