Apex Configuration Group is a UK-based ServiceNow and CMDB consultancy. We specialise in fixing configuration management databases that already exist but aren't trusted, and in putting in place the governance that keeps them accurate.

Our work centres on CMDB governance, horizontal discovery, Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) architecture, data quality frameworks, and integrating third-party tools into the CMDB through Service Graph Connectors. We align data models to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and use automation to keep configuration items correct over time, rather than relying on one-off clean-ups.

Services include CMDB health checks, design and implementation, managed CMDB services, automation and optimisation, and health dashboards and reporting. Every engagement starts from what is actually in your estate: which configuration items can be trusted and which are guesses.
