A thorough/ professional software development partner

The work that Appro labs team has done for us has been exemplary. Being a startup, our requirements were pretty much on-the-fly and timelines were very demanding. We decided to follow lean startup methodology for our app development and were very pleased to know that the appro labs team was quite knowledgeable with lean startup which helped us launch our product (MVP) within 3 weeks of project initiation. Every delivery was on-time with associates reachable all the time to quickly accommodate changes based on customer feedback. When the team had some minor setbacks due to technical roadblock, the leadership immediately roped in technical experts to solve the problem ensuring there was no delivery slippage. The escalation matrix is very well defined and the leadership is available any time of the day to take care of your problems / needs. I had a expert check the code quality of the appro labs developers and got a feedback that the coding was very clean and all of the good programming practices were followed. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the way Appro labs team has delivered so far. We have just extended our contract for an another year with a lot more scope.
