The objective was to create fresh categories, enhance features, and revamp the business model. They accomplished an excellent job constructing and finalizing our new categories, addressing various bugs, and redesigning our complex business model. A significant challenge encountered while developing the new categories was to ensure visually appealing mobile apps that were also user-friendly. Appy Days IOS and Android developers excelled in building native apps.
The challenge was to devise a business model that enabled us to offer packages with flexible pricing and upload limits while preventing password sharing and implementing a device recognition system. As for the business model, they implemented a subscription plan. Once again, they excelled in overcoming this challenge.
