Aptera

We spent a lot of time conducting focus groups and exploring potential solutions, eventually partnering with Aptera to develop a program anyone in Indiana can use to find local programs and services. The Aptera team was dedicated to understanding the disability community's needs and our mission, spending significant time on discovery before starting any programming. Their initial focus on listening and communication laid a fantastic groundwork, and they continued to maintain stable and consistent communication throughout the project. They asked great questions and showed genuine care, which contributed to a strong and effective solution.
