The Aptera team was committed, caring, and highly effective from day one.
We spent a lot of time conducting focus groups and exploring potential solutions, eventually partnering with Aptera to develop a program anyone in Indiana can use to find local programs and services. The Aptera team was dedicated to understanding the disability community's needs and our mission, spending significant time on discovery before starting any programming. Their initial focus on listening and communication laid a fantastic groundwork, and they continued to maintain stable and consistent communication throughout the project. They asked great questions and showed genuine care, which contributed to a strong and effective solution.

AWS Foundation is a grant-making organization focused on supporting individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. As part of our mission, we wanted to simplify system navigation for services and supports, leading us to partner with Aptera to develop the Indiana Disability Resource Finder.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
What I appreciated the most was their commitment, the depth of their initial discovery phase, and their consistent communication and caring approach throughout the project.
