We were looking for a external team to extend our product and project development capacities for BlueSpice. Since it requires some amount of specific knowledge, we were searching for a long-term partner. With Astarios, we found what we needed. They do the recruiting according to our skill specification (we have a final say). The organisational side is managed by Astarios (all HR related questions), we manage the tasks and skill development. Currently, we have a team of 2 developers, one senior and one middle. We are planning to extend the team in the future.
