Aurora Designs is a Canadian AI automation consultancy based in Toronto, Ontario. We work with small and mid-sized businesses — typically 5 to 50 person teams in professional services, e-commerce, and operations-heavy industries — to identify where AI can save the most time and build the systems to do it.

Every engagement starts with an AI audit: a two-week diagnostic that maps your workflows, identifies the highest-ROI automation opportunities, and produces a clear build proposal with scope and pricing. The audit costs $2,000 and is yours to keep whether or not you proceed to a build.

After the audit, we design and build the automation systems your business actually needs. Common projects include workflow automation connecting your CRM, email, and project management tools; internal AI agents that handle research, drafting, and triage without human input; lead routing and qualification systems that score and prioritize inbound inquiries automatically; and proposal generation systems that turn intake forms into polished first drafts.

We build inside the tools your team already uses. We do not recommend new platforms for the sake of it, and when a project is complete you own all the infrastructure — no ongoing licensing fees, no lock-in. Our clients typically save five or more hours per employee per week on the tasks we automate, with most projects breaking even within the first quarter of operation.
