Aveshost has been my go-to hosting provider for several years, and I have never been disappointed. The reliability of their servers is commendable, with minimal downtime experienced. Best web hosting in Ghana

I have been with them for a year now i can say they are the best web hosting in Ghana. Their uptime is great, customer support is always ready to help.

Aveshost is a web hosting solutions company that provides quality hosting services. We also specialize in web development. I am the Co-Founder and CEO of the company.

What is the story behind starting this company?

Aveshost was founded as a result of the need for a reliable, super fast, and affordable hosting service in Ghana. Most people wanted a hosting company with great customer support and a mobile money-enabled payment system which is the biggest payment system in Africa and Ghana.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third-party vendors/ outsourcing?

My company’s business model is simply pay-as-you-go based on one’s needs. We have over 12 in-house teams with technology partners in the US and Germany.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

Basically, through flexible pricing, high-speed hosting, and great customer experience delivery.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

We cater to all kinds of industries that want to have an online presence. Yes, my customers are repetitive. 80% of my customers are repetitive.

Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?

The services we provide include the following: Hosting (Shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated hosting, and Reseller hosting), Domain Registration, Email, and Website design.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

The customer satisfaction rate is 92%. We have in place a 24/7 customer support service line via various mediums including all social media platforms. Customer needs are attended to within 12hrs.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

The support system we offer to our clients includes Online Chats, Emails, Phone, Facebook Messenger, IG, WhatsApp Business, Web Forms, and Call Back Request.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

Pay-as-you-go (monthly subscription) and Fixed Cost for a domain.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

Yes. The minimum requirement is $150.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?

$200 to $2000.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

In the next 10 years, I see Aveshost as the best and market leader of hosting services in Africa with at least 60% market share.
