ShinaDiski is an online tire and wheel shop, official dealer of Michelin, Continental, Yokohama and GoodYear brands. The company has been operating throughout Ukraine since 2007.

In addition to selling tires and wheels, the customer provides seasonal storage of tires and tire fitting. Stationery stores of the brand are located in Kyiv and Odesa.

Work Period

Active work on the project has been going on for 4 years; works on trade advertising campaigns were carried out from 11.02.2019.

Medical Network “Dobrobut” has been operating since 2001, offering treatment in more than 35 highly specialized areas in 13 units located in 9 districts of Kyiv. 2,000 highly specialized employees 24/7 help people of all ages.

Vasilenko Medical Center is a licensed open-type clinic working for more than 25 years to rid patients of drug and alcohol addictions.

The topic is delicate, and therefore, having received an initial request from a client, we carefully checked licenses, reviews, and information about doctors. We started cooperation only after ensuring that the clinic had all the necessary permits and licenses.

Period

The project is being carried out from August 2021 to February 2022 (the project is temporarily suspended due to the war in Ukraine).

The Client 

Medical center "Klinika Dobrogo Doktora", which is located in a residential area of ​​Kyiv. Services provided:

  • consultation of family doctors and narrow specialists;

  • diagnostics;

  • outpatient surgery.

Client Target audience:

residents of nearby areas.

Work period: 

from 11.08.21 to 31.01.2022

Our task:

A task for the first stage of cooperation was to ensure patients' regular appointments with proctologists.

Conclusions

As a result of working with the Google Ads account, the following results were achieved: 

  • the number of conversions increased by 166% (from 53.5 to 142.3 conversions);

  • the average cost per click decreased by 67% (from UAH 16.89 to UAH 5.54);

  • the number of assisted conversions (conversions that are received by other traffic channels, but where google/cpc is involved in the way) was increased by 65.38%.
     

    As a result of promotion in social networks Meta for 2 months of work, the following was received:

  • 88 calls to the messenger;

  • 2,543 link clicks;

  • 96 reactions to the publication;

  • 16 reposts.

    Medical topics in general require caution in promotion due to many restrictions. In the  proctology direction, distrust and inconvenience of patients to consult a doctor are added to this, which significantly lengthens the time for making a decision. Therefore, it is important: 

  • to use all possible channels of promotion, to popularize the services of the proctology direction;

  • to remove the prejudice against “inappropriate” topic;

  • provide maximum information on the site in order to minimize communication with the administrative staff of the clinic, and to preserve the privacy of each patient.

Describe your project in brief

I, Yevhen, am the head of the online project of the Avamarket trade network (which belongs to the group of companies Avagroup https://www.avatlantik.com.ua/uk) which offers a wide range of compound feed, feed additives (BMVD) and premixes of its own production for fattening farm animals and poultry. Our main goal at the start of the project was to attract targeted organic traffic to the company's website and convert it into customers.
We held a tender among several agencies, Aweb's proposal, forecasts and approach turned out to be more attractive to us
The first stage of the team's work included several types of site analysis: technical audit of the site, analysis of compliance with the instructions for Google assessors, analysis of the site's link profile, as well as collection of the semantic core and actions for internal optimization of priority pages of product categories.
After the analytical stage and the implemented changes proposed by Aweb, the first positive results appeared and we managed to overtake the aggregator platforms in issuing one of the most important requests. The next stages consisted of actions aimed at external optimization, competitor analysis, work on expanding the semantic core of the online store, and work with the blog. The project manager always supervised the process and implementation of tasks and reported and communicated with me and the team.
After a while, we saw an increase in the site's position on the priority requests in the top Google. The volume of organic traffic also began to increase and is still increasing. Once a month we meet with the project manager to summarize the work results, and discuss the results of the period, tasks, and plans for the new period. The team adheres to deadlines, there are no problems with communication.
