I find it necessary to share my extremely disappointing experience with Axiom World and its senior-level person, Ali Khalid. While I seldom write negative reviews, my interactions with Axiom have been so detrimental to my business that I feel compelled to express my concerns.

Despite the substantial fees charged for their services, the skill set exhibited by their bookkeepers, overseen by Ali Khalid, has proven to be nothing short of unacceptable. I've had to personally audit their work, revealing repetitive errors that have not only caused frustration on our end but have been a source of dissatisfaction for our clients.
Axiom's billing practices have also been a significant point of contention. I would not trust this company to try to balance my checkbook. Avoid this company.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Nothing worth mentioning. Helen Keller would have been a better option to work with.

Being violated from a sense of trust and partnership. Regrettably, Axiom World has failed in this regard. Rather than addressing issues and taking accountability, both the bookkeepers and Ali Khalid have consistently made excuses, leaving us to bear the brunt of their shortcomings. two of many similar examples of the problematic accounts that have resulted from Axiom's inadequate services. It speaks volumes about the lack of attention to detail and professionalism.
