We are a 360-degree digital experience agency, an expert in creative processes, design, and software development field. We offer innovative solutions to add value for your business in the field of branding, software development, digital marketing, and visual production services, since the year 2009.
We develop projects and support many customers from local SMEs to national brands and global companies, with our user experience-focused design team and our software engineers developing digital technologies with a creative perspective.
What is the story behind starting this company?
I remember the excitement we felt in the early days when we founded the company, a new name, a new logo, a new office, strategic goals, business partners we will collaborate with, great customers we want to reach, great businesses we will develop, and goals on the road to becoming a global agency. Twelve years ago, we established Babel as partners Faruk Çıbuk and Murat Bilir with these goals and excitement.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are a strong team of technology experts, strategists, passionate about its job, creative designers. We compose a team that we believe will perfectly meet the requirements of the project based on your brief by following proper Agile Methodology such as Scrum in every project.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Doing his job passionately; We are a good team player with our team focused on innovating, developing, and sharing. The strength of having a young and dynamic team lies behind our success. We believe that even the most complex problems can be solved by approaching them step by step. We work to provide simple and uncomplicated solutions. Business ethics is at the center and soul of our company's culture. We accept projects that we can successfully realize for our customers with realistic and transparent approaches. We do every job we do as best we can and special for our customers. This guarantees the originality our customers deserve.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We have customers from Manufacturing, Real Estate, Startups, Fintechs, Heavy industries, Marine, Retail, Textile, Fashion, E-commerce, education, and many other interesting sectors. Yes, our customers repeat. With the reference of a brand we do business with in the same sector, at least 5-6 more customers reach us from the same business sector.

Our customers prefer us mostly for creating new branding, re-branding, developing startup projects, developing customer-specific website projects, e-commerce systems, and video marketing technologies.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
It will be a little assertive but we think we provide 100% customer satisfaction.
Many customers of our company work with us for the long term. We have brands that we continue to serve since the establishment of our company. We know we have a lot to learn from everything and everyone.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We take every opportunity to improve ourselves and we know that the only way we can solve the needs of our customers is to listen to them carefully. Every contact we have with a customer influences their decision as to whether or not they’ll come back. We have to be great every time or we’ll lose them.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We have two different payment systems:
- The first is project-based studies.
- In such works, the timeline of the project is determined and when that timeline starts, 30% prepayment is received as a starter. In the project timeline, 30% is paid again in the first work submissions, ie in the middle of the project. and finally, when the whole project is delivered and the client approves, the remaining payment is made at 40%.
- The second is projects that require long-term continuous work.
- In this form of work, agreements are made with an annual contract and monthly fee payment.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Project expectations, delivery times, and sizes can differ from each other. We mainly deal with projects of $ 5,000 or more.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Although the budget of our most basic project is $ 3,000, we have delivered a lot of projects over $ 2,00,000.
