BearPlex is an AI engineering studio founded in 2017, headquartered in Lahore with client-facing offices in Austin and Doha. Our 65-person team builds production AI systems and enterprise platforms: autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows, custom LLM fine-tuning for sovereign deployment, enterprise RAG and knowledge systems, full-stack platform engineering, Supabase and Next.js development, data pipelines and MLOps, and application security testing.

We are senior-only and we price by outcome, not by the hour. Every engagement starts with a fixed-scope discovery diagnostic, and the first conversation is with an engineer, not an account manager.
