Next gen of QA, riding the wave of agentic pipelines.

BetterQA is an independent QA service that catches the bugs your developers miss. We are 50+ QA engineers who built 8 proprietary automation platforms to move faster and go deeper than traditional QA teams.

Our flagship platform, BugBoard, turns any bug screenshot into a complete and structured bug report with generated test cases in under 5 minutes. The same process usually takes around 3 hours manually. It also creates test cases in bulk. Select 100 bugs, the system groups them by functionality and outputs organized test suites in minutes instead of days.

What makes us different
We build our own platforms instead of buying them. While others struggle with vendor lock-in, we have coded 8 internal systems specifically for QA efficiency:

  • BugBoard: Screenshots to documented bugs with automated test generation
  • Flows: Self-healing test automation that you record once and reuse continuously
  • BetterFlow: Proves 8 hours billed equals 8 hours worked through GitHub and Jira correlation
  • Auditi: Multi-compliance auditor covering GDPR, WCAG, FDA, and security
  • Journey: Smart CRM with signal detection
  • Hireo: Automated recruitment workflow that turns 3 hours of CV work into 2 minutes
  • Security Toolkit: One command, 8 security pillars, findings that matter
  • Scanner: SEO and GEO health monitoring across multi-site ecosystems

All platforms integrate directly into modern coding assistants via Model Context Protocol. Developers can query bugs, trigger tests and mark fixes without leaving their IDE.

Who we serve
Enterprise software companies, SaaS platforms doing integrations or mergers, and any team where broken code in production means lost revenue.

What Users Like The Most

  • What we like most was their attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring our software application was of highest quality. They went above and beyond to ensure the project was a success.
  • What stood out was how closely they paid attention to edge cases things we barely gave thought to but could have caused real-world trouble. I also liked how they didn’t make things feel bigger than they were. They told us what mattered and what could wait. That kind of clarity saves a lot of time and energy.
  • What stood out most was how they treated our product like it mattered. We didn’t feel like just another task. They brought focus and patience to every round of testing, and they caught small issues we’d never have found in time. Also, they always gave feedback that felt honest but never harsh. That kind of communication built trust fast.

What Users Like The Least

  • Honestly, there are no areas for improvement or anything BetterQA could have done differently.
  • If I had to pick something, there was one point early on where we got results later in the day than expected because of a time zone mismatch. It only happened twice, and once we synced on schedules, it wasn’t a problem again.
  • It’s hard to point to something I disliked. If I had to name one thing, there was one bug tracking tool they used early on that didn’t play well with our workflow.

BetterQA gave us peace of mind by catching hidden problems before our customers did.

Early on, our team found small errors slipping into updates. These mistakes wasted time and frustrated studio clients. BetterQA started testing every new feature and update. They used real-world situations, like testing how the tool behaved when 500 images were added at once. Once, before a major holiday season, they spotted a memory leak that could have slowed down thousands of jobs. They sent clear notes showing how to repeat the problem, so our coders fixed it fast. Another time, they noticed edited images looked slightly blurry on phones even though they were fine on computers. That saved us from angry customer calls. Their team learned our tools quickly and even suggested ways to make things easier for users.

Software Testing for Pixelz Studio

Describe your project in brief

We hired BetterQA to test our main studio software at Pixelz. This tool uses AI to help photo editors fix images fast. It needed to work perfectly for big jobs under tight deadlines. BetterQA checked everything: uploading images, editing steps, final exports, and how it handled heavy use.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I trusted their testing because they thought like real users. They didn’t just follow a checklist they tried odd things, like closing the app mid-edit or using slow internet, to see what broke. Their reports were simple but packed with useful details.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Sometimes their final reports took a day longer than planned during busy periods. It never held us back, but we had to adjust timing once or twice.

BetterQA found problems we never saw and made sure our app worked like it should for every user.

Right from the start, BetterQA felt like part of our team. Instead of just sending us a list of bugs, they showed us how real people might use – or break – the app. One tester noticed that if someone typed a comma instead of a dot in a salary number (like 15,000 instead of 15000), the whole calculation broke. We’d missed that completely. Another time, they tested what happened if internet service dropped while creating a report – the app froze, but they showed us exactly how to fix it. They tested on cheap phones, old web browsers, and even different screen sizes we hadn’t checked. Two weeks before launch, they found a security hole where users could see each other’s data if they shared a certain link. Fixing that alone saved our reputation. Every report they sent was clear, with steps to repeat the problem and screenshots. We never felt confused about what needed fixing.

We hired BetterQA to test our main product: a web app that helps UAE companies calculate employee gratuity payments fast and right. The app handles complex local rules, payroll data, and creates legal reports. We needed full testing before our big launch – every button, number entry, security step, and report format had to work perfectly across phones, tablets, and computers.

BetterQA found problems we missed

We hired BetterQA because renters were reporting small glitches in our booking calendar, and owners complained about payment errors. From day one, their team understood condo rental operations. They didn’t just click around they acted like real users. One tester pretended to be a busy owner listing a condo while traveling; they found a hidden error in photo uploads that froze the app. Another tester played a renter trying to book a last-minute stay during a snowstorm; they caught a critical bug that showed unavailable units as "open." BetterQA also tested our emergency maintenance request tool at 3 AM Toronto time to match real-life scenarios. Their reports were clearshowing us exactly how to fix problems step-by-step. After their work, support calls about tech issues dropped noticeably, and owner trust improved because payments processed correctly every time.

Describe your project in brief

BetterQA tested our main rental management app and website. This included features like online booking, payment processing, lease signing, maintenance requests, and owner dashboards used by condo owners and renters across Toronto.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I liked how they thought like our users. For example, they tested our lease signing tool using slow home internet on purpose, which revealed timeouts that frustrated renters. They also checked how the app worked on old phones still popular in our market something our own team overlooked. Their practical approach fixed actual pain points, not just technical checkboxes.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Early on, their test reports included some extra technical terms that confused our non-tech staff.

Working with BetterQA made a huge difference in how smooth and reliable

When we first reached out to BetterQA, we had a basic version of our site management software up and running. But we were running into bugs that caused delays, and the user experience wasn’t where it needed to be. Right from the first meeting, their team asked the right questions. They didn’t just run tests and send reports—they actually helped us understand why things weren’t working and what needed fixing.

One moment that stood out was when our mobile app kept crashing on older Android devices. We didn’t catch it in our tests, but BetterQA did. They traced it to a memory issue tied to how photos were being uploaded from the site. They not only pointed out the bug but also suggested ways to fix it, which saved our developer days of trial and error.

Testing and Quality Assurance for Biston's Site Management S

What service was provided as part of the project?

Describe your project in brief

We hired BetterQA to test a new software we developed in-house to help manage our construction sites. The tool was meant to handle task assignments, safety checklists, equipment tracking, and real-time updates from the field. It had to work well on both desktop and mobile devices since our teams use phones and tablets a lot on-site.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The best part was how involved they were. They didn’t treat this like just another job. They asked smart questions and cared about how the app worked for our crew, not just how it looked in code. They made things easier for both our tech team and our workers in the field.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The only thing that slowed us down a bit was time zones. Since we’re not in the same region, there were a few delays in feedback loops at first. But once we adjusted meeting times and set up better ways to communicate updates, it was smooth from there.

Working with BetterQA felt like having a second set of eyes.

From the start, the team at BetterQA came in prepared. They asked the right questions without wasting time and quickly understood how our product worked. What impressed us most was how fast they got familiar with the way our software tracked movement and the different environments we had to support like laptops with different webcams, lighting setups, and operating systems. They didn’t just test from a checklist they explored the product like real users would.

We had a moment during testing when some devices were reporting delayed eye movement tracking, but only in low-light conditions. Our team hadn’t caught it. BetterQA flagged the issue and even helped us isolate the cause, saving us from a possible disaster on launch. They went beyond just logging bugs they explained what was happening in a way our developers could actually use. Their test reports weren’t bloated or hard to follow.

Describe your project in brief

We hired BetterQA to help us test Eyeware, our AI-powered eye tracking software, before a major product update. The platform uses machine learning to detect and track users’ eye movements in real time, and it needed to run smoothly across different devices and environments. Our goal was to catch bugs early, improve performance, and make sure the user experience was clean and stable.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They cared about the product like it was their own. The feedback felt personal and thoughtful not robotic or overly technical. Their team worked with our devs, not just alongside them, and they always found time to talk when something needed quick attention.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

If I had to name something, I’d say the timezone difference made it a bit tricky to do live testing together at times.

BetterQA made our website feel more reliable and stress-free to run.

Working with BetterQA felt like finally having someone who actually cared about how things worked on the inside. From the start, they asked the right questions questions even we hadn’t thought of. One example that stood out was during the holiday sale. We always had problems before orders crashing halfway, or customers getting charged twice. That year, after they’d tested everything, none of those issues came up. People bought with ease, and we had fewer support emails than ever.

Another time, they found a bug in our stock system that made items show as "in stock" when they weren’t. That mistake had been causing delays and unhappy customers for months, but we’d never traced it properly. They not only spotted it but explained it in plain words so our dev team could fix it fast.

We hired BetterQA to test our online store and all the tools that support it—shopping cart, payment system, account area, and stock management. We also needed help finding bugs that had been missed for a long time and making sure our site was easy and safe for our customers to use.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I liked how they spoke our language. They didn’t try to impress us with big words or throw out tech terms to sound smart. They explained bugs clearly, pointed out real risks, and gave steps that made sense. They were fast, polite, and always seemed two steps ahead. What stood out most was their attention to detail and how nothing felt rushed.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There was a bit of a gap in time zones, so sometimes it took a few hours to get a reply.

The team helped us make our software more accessible and easier for everyone to use.

We approached BetterQA with concerns about our software’s accessibility after receiving feedback from users with disabilities. While our product was solid, some areas were hard to navigate. From the start, BetterQA went beyond checklists and evaluated our platform like real users would. They tested keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, color contrast, and more.

One standout moment was when they showed how a visually impaired user experienced our login flow. A small visual misalignment caused a screen reader to skip a key input. BetterQA not only flagged the issue but walked our developers through a fix that improved the overall user experience. Their insight was far beyond what we expected.

Working with BetterQA felt like having expert eyes on everything.

From day one, the BetterQA team asked the right questions. They weren’t just checking boxes they took time to figure out how our systems actually worked in the real world. That made a big difference. We’re in the specialty chemicals business, so a lot of our tools are tailored to handle industry-specific things like mix tracking, material usage data, and client reports tied to safety and compliance. BetterQA didn't treat it like a typical tech app.

There was one instance where our sealing systems interface was causing intermittent data syncing issues for field engineers. We had a hard time reproducing the bug in-house. The team at BetterQA dug into it with patience and sharp eyes. They not only found the exact chain of steps that triggered it but also documented it in a way that made it easy for our developers to fix. That issue alone had been bugging us for weeks.

Our main goal was to make sure everything worked smoothly, especially under pressure, and to catch anything that could affect how we operate or how clients use our products.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The way they took ownership. It didn’t feel like they were just “doing a job.” They acted like the product mattered to them too. They caught issues before we did, sometimes in parts of the app we hadn’t touched in months. It felt like working with people who were part of the same team, not outsiders.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Working with BetterQA felt like having a team that truly cared about real-world performance.

We came to BetterQA after struggling with a string of update releases that kept causing minor but frustrating bugs. Our internal QA team was stretched thin and we needed more eyes, especially before launching new features. Right from the start, BetterQA asked smart questions stuff that showed they weren’t just looking to check boxes but actually wanted to understand what the tool was meant to do. That made a big difference.

They didn’t just test the obvious stuff. They went beyond and tried out things that our own testers sometimes overlooked. For example, one of the issues they caught involved how filters behaved when users switched between accounts quickly. It wasn’t a common use case, but it caused bad data to show up in reports if it did happen. They found it during one of their test passes and flagged it clearly, with steps to reproduce. That saved us from a lot of back and forth with frustrated users down the line.

Describe your project in brief

We needed a dedicated QA team to help us test one of our internal tools used to manage and track digital campaigns across markets. The platform plays a big part in how our teams schedule media, pull reports, and review performance data for dozens of clients. It has a lot of moving parts dashboards, custom user permissions, real-time data sync, and reporting tools. We wanted help catching bugs early and making sure new updates didn’t break any of the features our teams rely on daily.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The thing I appreciated most was how they paid attention to real-world use, not just the test plan. They tested like people who’d actually used apps before not just like people running scripts. They weren’t afraid to speak up if something seemed off, even if it wasn’t technically broken. That kind of judgment isn’t easy to find.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

there were a few early days where time zone differences slightly slowed communication, but that was quickly resolved once we aligned our schedules.

Working with BetterQA felt like trusting a driver who knew the road and dodged every bump.

From the start, BetterQA made things feel easy. After one short call, they already understood our app better than most testers we’ve hired before. They asked sharp questions not just about the features, but how our users would actually move through the system. It wasn’t just box-checking. They cared about the product.

They spotted issues we missed small bugs that didn’t break the app but would’ve annoyed users down the line. One time, they noticed a problem with the dashboard filters not clearing correctly when switching user roles.

The app had several moving parts, including complex user roles, form submissions, and a real-time dashboard. BetterQA felt more like part of our internal team than an outside vendor

From the very first call, BetterQA showed they weren’t just going through the motions. They asked thoughtful, experienced questions the kind you only get from people who’ve been doing this a long time. We had a mix of legacy systems and new tools, and I expected some challenges there. But they handled everything seamlessly. At one point, they even uncovered a critical bug in our scheduling module that only appeared when multiple users edited the same record a scenario we hadn’t even considered testing.

Their daily updates were clear and to the point, free from unnecessary technical jargon. When something broke, they told us directly. When something looked risky, they explained it calmly and clearly. During one sprint, our dev team had to quickly adjust due to a hardware change. BetterQA instantly adapted their test plan and stayed fully aligned with us. We never had to slow down to keep them in the loop they kept up effortlessly.

We needed help testing the software that runs some of our core hospital systems—especially those used in operating rooms and intensive care units. These are high-risk environments where any glitch, even a small one, can cause delays or put lives at risk. We were updating some of our interfaces and internal logic for key functions like monitoring, scheduling, and alerts. We brought in BetterQA to make sure nothing broke during or after those changes.

I also liked how they didn’t make things feel bigger than they were. They told us what mattered and what could wait. That kind of clarity saves a lot of time and energy.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

If I had to pick something, there was one point early on where we got results later in the day than expected because of a time zone mismatch. It only happened twice, and once we synced on schedules, it wasn’t a problem again.

BetterQA felt like having an extra arm in our team

From the first week, the BetterQA team showed that they didn’t just check boxes they actually cared about how our tools worked and how they were used in the real world. We had a mix of older components and newer ones across platforms, and it would’ve been easy for someone to miss how these connected. But BetterQA asked the right questions, the kind that tell you they’ve been through messy setups like this before.
We had a specific challenge around a multi-language campaign that included dynamic content updates based on location. It was hard to test because the rules were different in each country and the content was changing fast. BetterQA handled that without drama. They spotted bugs we didn’t know to look for things that only happened in real-world use, like links failing under certain languages or buttons showing wrong data on tablets.

What was the project name that you have worked with BetterQA?

Application Testing for Cocomore AG's Multi-Platform Digital

What service was provided as part of the project?

Testing Services

Describe your project in brief

We were managing several large-scale digital campaigns for international clients, and we needed a reliable partner to test our applications across multiple touchpoints including web, mobile, and CRM platforms. These tools help our clients communicate better with their audience, and making sure everything worked as it should was critical. The apps were running on tight schedules and under heavy use, so catching issues before go-live was key. We brought in BetterQA to help us test each part of the system before releasing updates and new features.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their communication. It was always clear, straight to the point, and useful. We never had to dig for meaning in long reports or sit through meetings filled with filler talk. If something was wrong, they told us what it was, what it broke, and how they found it. If they weren’t sure, they said so. That honesty saved us a lot of time. Also, the testers weren’t afraid to think for themselves. They explored like real users, not just following a script.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There was a bit of a delay early on getting access to all the environments they needed some of it was on our side but a clearer checklist from BetterQA at the start would’ve sped that up

BetterQA automated our workflows and made them faster and error-free

We engaged BetterQA to help us automate several internal workstreams that were previously manual and error-prone. From day one, they focused on understanding how our teams actually worked, rather than just applying generic solutions. They identified bottlenecks, helped us design test scenarios, and built automation flows that saved us hours each week. One standout moment was when they automated our invoice validation process, reducing turnaround time from two days to just a few hours. Their collaborative approach and attention to detail made a noticeable impact across departments
