Happy and engaged developers for long-term success

Is your company struggling to find, hire or maintain software developers in South America? We help North American companies to effectively find and hire software developers in Colombia and South America with a focus on long-term healthy relations through stability and the inclusion of local and remote benefits.

We believe there is a Better Way to find and hire software developers in South America since, currently, developers hired as a direct contractors don't have all the local benefits and are legally in a gray area. Also, talent hired through traditional nearshore firms doesn't get the benefits of working with US companies such as USD based salaries or a direct work relationship.

BetterWay Devs helped me find a great Company in the US and have the best agreement in terms of Salary and benefits. I am so happy to be part of BetterWay Devs because I use to work for a US company but I worked as an independent contractor and that cause me problems in my country because I was not an employee of any company with a face in Colombia now I work for a great salary and have all the benefits as an Employee of a Colombian company.
